Who is most up in the city? A question many local writers are easily able to answer because they know first hand who managed to shape the cityscape with their graff in the recent past. But this picture may totally vary when an outsider comes to the same city, especially for the first time. In PRAHA TOURIST INFORMATION showing this visitor’s point of view was the initial idea.

Without the intention to go for a graffiti documentation trip Sascha Blasche paid a visit to Czech’s capital in autumn of 2024. With no beforehand research on the regional scene the plan was to simply tick off the common tourist attractions during the four day trip. But unexpectedly the city’s flourishing writing scene did not allow to escape this easy.

Tags and throw-ups by omnipresent inhabitants like VERY9, MARIO, TYPHO, OIPSE, FYDO, MIOW, MANIE, PAOO, DEEBO or EBAY followed him seemingly everywhere. In crowded shopping streets, small pedestrian zones, or alongside the town’s tram lines: The Prague scene is alive! The 68-paged zine captures countless traces local writers and globetrotters left in Prague along typical tourist routes throughout the city.
