• Der Upload erfolgt anonym. Im Sinne des Datenschutzes speichern wir keine IP-Adressen. Personenbezogene Daten (z.B. Seriennummern von Kameras, etc.) werden von uns automatisch aus den Bilddateien entfernt.

• Mit dem Upload der Fotos räumst du SPRAYCITY.AT das einfache, zeitlich und räumlich unbeschränkte Recht ein, die Materialien zu nutzen, zu verbreiten und öffentlich zugänglich zu machen. (Veröffentlichung der Fotos in unseren Online bzw. Offline Medien)

• Fotos die offensichtlich von anderen Webseiten und Medien kopiert wurden oder sonst in irgendeiner Form gegen das Urheberrecht verstoßen
  EN Photos that have clearly been copied from other websites and media or photos that violate copyright in any way
• Fotos mit zu geringer Fotoauflösung bzw. zu geringe Qualität des Werkes
  EN Photos with insufficient resolution or poor quality of the work
• Fotos ohne Städtenamen 
  EN Photos without city names
• Inhalte bzw. Botschaften in jeder Form, die Personen oder Gruppen herabwürdigen oder beleidigen.
  EN Content or messages in any form that disparage or insult individuals or groups.

Bitte beachte, dass wir Fotos mit zu geringer Qualität leider nicht in unser Archiv aufnehmen können.
Wir sammeln sowohl aktuelle als auch historische Fotos.
