Night Active, eine Nacht ganz im Zeichen der Farbe!
Das Zelebrieren eines Lebensgefühles, welches durch passende Tunes von Dj’s und Musikenthusiasten aus der farbliebenden Szene zum Ausdruck gebracht wird.
Der Abend wird durch eigens von spraycity. net vorbereitete Visuals untermalt. Die aus Klang und Bild resultierende Inspiration wird dann gleich bei der live paint session ihren Ausdruck finden, nämlich via Marker auf Leinwand!
Der Name dieses noch zu schaffenden Werkes steht bereits fest „United Colours of Vienna“.

On March, 19th the RABBIT EYE MOVEMENT Art Space will open a retrospective exhibition telling the story of how the REM street art concept began and developed throughout the years. Featuring works from the entire lifetime of the rabbits, this show pays homage to a movement that gives a home to urban art and all its future potential.
In addition to the show, we are going to release two artists collaboration prints and a brand new RABBIT EYE MOVEMENT gear collection.

An drei verlängerten Wochenenden im Dezember finden sich in der Geigergasse 5-9, 1050 Wien, viele inländische und ausländische KünstlerInnen und kreative Kleinunternehmen zusammen und bieten ihre Werke und Produkte aus den Sparten Kunst, Fashion, Accessoires und Dekoration bei freiem Eintritt an.
Auftakt des Urban Space Markets 2014 macht die Urban Space Exhibition, die ersten vier Tage werden also betont Kunstschaffenden und auf der anderen Seite Kunstinteressierten gewidmet.
Für Unterhaltung sorgen DJ’s und Musikacts. Neben Live Graffiti und Workshops wird es auch eine Punsch Happy Hour geben, wo günstig Punsch ausgeschenkt wird.

RABBIT EYE MOVEMENT Art Space | Gumpendorferstrasse 91 | 1060 Wien
Stuttgart-based artist Jeroo began painting graffiti at the age of twelve. Working without a mentor, Jeroo learned everything he could about spray-painting by himself. This allowed him to develop a fresh, distinct style, which is mainly characterized by combining Graffiti with influences like Art Nouveau. After fifteen years of writing graffiti, Jeroo began creating characters on canvas. Using spray cans, he began to incorporate concrete shapes into his work, developing a special technique of taping to create exact angles and shapes. The result is a mesmerizing hybrid vision where fantastic creatures emerge from a world of letters.
“New Frontiers” features works that reveal Jeroo’s dedication to his self-taught craft, displaying a singular sense of personal aesthetic as expressed through unusual perspectives. By combining his graffiti background with newfound explorations in style and medium, Jeroo truly is scaling new frontiers in this exhibition.
