Wir freuen uns für die nächste Ausstellung „Junek“ anzukündigen.

Juneks Werke konzentrieren sich vorwiegend auf Graffiti „Styles“, die Gestaltung von Buchstaben und Schriftzügen.

Gekonnt integriert sie verschiedene Themen in ihre Bilder. Ob Impressionen einer Reise, anstehende Ereignisse oder die aktuelle Jahreszeit – jedes Bild scheint eine komplett neue Darstellung zu zeigen, doch der Name Junek ist stets präsent.

Oft erweitert Junek ihre analogen Werke von der Wand in den digitalen Raum. Mittels Animationen werden ihre Styles zum Leben erweckt, die statische Mauerfläche wird zur Bühne für unterschiedlichste Bewegungen und Verformungen.

In „5 hoch 5“ werden die Besucher*innen eingeladen sich aktiv mit der Vielfalt ihrer Styles auseinander zu setzen und die Ausstellung selbst mitzugestalten.

Heute! – PERKUP & RUIN – Double Trouble – AG18

PERKUP and RUIN are among the most distinctive young artists in Austria. Both have attracted attention in Austria and internationally with fantastic murals. They are considered a renowned “street artist”, but can not be committed to this genre alone. With their creativity and diversity they blast the art and the perception of art constricting categories.

Appearance will be two individualists with very own approaches and representations. Together, they design the spaces of the AG18 Urban Art Gallery. They will paint the walls of the gallery and integrate their own works on canvas and paper in the design of the rooms. “Double Trouble” as a total work of art.

„Für unsere neunte Ausstellung haben wir jemand ganz besonderen eingeladen. Den Tattoo und Graffiti Künstler aus Hamburg – Uptown Danny/JBCB. Nachdem er von Juli 2016 bis Oktober 2017 in Wien lebte und bei Vienna Electric Tattoo arbeitete, freuen wir uns sehr ihn erneut in Wien begrüßen zu dürfen. „
